No meter reading task is too large or too small - we read for Council authorities and utilities with only a handful of meters, right up to hundreds of thousands of meters for some of Australia's largest utilities. 

Field Officers

Fieldforce is ready to help utilities and local government authorities minimise the losses that can easily occur if meter data is not processed promptly and accurately.

Fieldforce recruits, trains and accredits Field Officers with the necessary skills to take on any related field tasks.

We are able to respond quickly to requests for:
  • Disconnection / Reconnection
  • Service Orders
  • Special and final reads
  • Collection of payment or
  • Customer follow-up in cases of non-payment.
