Solar in Schools

Fieldforce's involvement in solar for schools was under two separate government programs: the NSW Government's NSW Solar Schools Program (NSSP) and the Australian Federal Government's Building Education Revolution (BER).

We engaged in strong partnerships with builders, schools and product suppliers to maximise the benefits the schools receive under the respective government programs. our involvement included consulting with the school to find the best possible solar solution, sourcing the products, managing the project and co-ordinating tradesmen on-site, and even educating school staff about how to demonstrate the benefits of solar power to their classes.

Working in partnership with Bovis Lend Lease – one of Australia's largest project management, design and construction companies – Fieldforce was one of the market leaders in NSSP installations.

In addition, Fieldforce was actively involved in providing solar installations under the Federal Government's BER scheme. These were done in conjunction with new building projects, with Fieldforce again providing a complete end-to-end solution for solar panel installation.

Between both programs, Fieldforce have installed almost 500 solar PV systems. In addition, we've also installed over 400 rainwater tanks and a significant number of sensor lights for schools as a complementary part of the NSSP program.

Residential Solar

Fieldforce also has serviced consumers directly with residential installs for solar PV and hot water systems under our Enviro Saver brand, installing almost 13,000 solar systems. In a competitive market, we pride ourselves on our quality, experience, and reliability.

Retirement Villages

Fieldforce has also been involved in a large number of solar installations as part of property development projects. This includes extensive work on a number of retirement village sites.

We were engaged to provide a complete end-to-end solar installation solution. Firstly, we consulted with our partner organisation about best practice methods for the deployment of the program. We then scheduled the assessments, before completing the installations and providing follow-up reporting. With our extensive role in the field, we were also able to help our partner streamline their processes to increase their efficiencies.

Importantly, Fieldforce was also able to scale rapidly to meet the demand of these solar programs, going from approximately 170 installations per month in the first six months of one program to over 2,000 per month in the most recent stages. In total, we completed over 7,500 installations for one major property development partner in the space of just over one year.
