Fieldforce has taken an integrated approach to quality, safety and the environment through the Fieldforce Integrated Management System (FIMS) so that:

  • Measurable Objectives and Targets are set and reviewed that will enhance service delivery, aimed at reduction and elimination of workplace injury and environmental impact.
  • Responsibility is assigned to management and employees for Quality, Safety and the Environment and that procedures are maintained to ensure this policy is implemented.
  • There is a commitment to continual improvement in its service delivery and its OHS&E performance through the prevention of pollution and the elimination of workplace injuries.
  • This policy is communicated and made available to its employees, contractors, suppliers, customers and all interested parties.
  • All identified significant aspects, as a result of its operations, are communicated to all interested parties and local, state and federal bodies.
  • There is a commitment to comply with all applicable legislative and other requirements to which it subscribes or which are placed upon it.
