ISO & AS/NZS

Fieldforce has been ISO and AS/NZS certified for Quality and Safety continuously for over 15 years. In addition, we have been ISO certified for the Environment for seven. We are certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008, AS/NZS 4801:2001 and AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004, with yearly audits conducted by a certified third party confirming our ongoing compliance. We've worked hard to achieve this track record, and our clients will testify to the benefits of working with a company with such a strong focus on quality, safety, and the environment.

Of course, ISO accreditation does not come easily. We established the Fieldforce Integrated Management System (FIMS) to help us in our pursuit of these accreditations and to ensure our ongoing compliance. Accordingly, we operate under the following procedures:

• Measurable Objectives and Targets are set and reviewed that will enhance service delivery, and are aimed at reduction and elimination of workplace injury and environmental impacts.
• Responsibility is assigned to management and employees for Quality, Safety and the Environment and that procedures are maintained to ensure that this policy is implemented.
• There is a commitment to continual improvement in service delivery and OHS&E performance through the prevention of pollution and the elimination of workplace injuries.
• This policy is communicated and made available to its employees, contractors, suppliers, customers and all interested parties.
• All identified significant aspects, as a result of operations, are communicated to all interested parties and local, state and federal bodies.
• There is a commitment to comply with all applicable legislative and other requirements to which our organisation is subscribed or subject.
