Amanda McClelland – Executive GM

Recently appointed Executive General Manager, Amanda McClelland initially joined Fieldforce as the National Operations Manager for the Home Health Check program before moving to the role of Chief Operations Officer, overseeing the range of programs within FieldForce.

As Executive General Manager, Amanda is responsible for overall business management and development, customer management, IT systems and processes.

Her background ranges from hotel operations, to leading the build and launch of a number of ISP operations in Australia. This included capital raising and listing on the ASX, as well as mergers and acquisitions within Australia and the USA. She has also been responsible for leading significant projects in the energy and telephony sector with impressive results.

Amanda has developed expertise in large scale transformation and improvement. She headed up operations for AAPT and played a key role in merging Powertel’s customer operations with AAPT in 2007.
